New Server & Pending Downtime

Good news, the new machine it's up and running.

The bad news is: I'm planning on taking the site down in the next 1-2 hours. How long we're down depends on what snags I hit and how long DNS refreshes take. I'll try to keep an updated ETA on the front page as soon as I know one.

Out of a techie's curiosity, what kind of server (specs) did you get for the site?

Keep up the good work guys, I know that down time issues like this can be irritating.

Feels at least 2 to 3 times faster to me.

Nice work, I had noticed a slowdown and it is definately gone now. Glad the DNS refresh went smooth, that can be PITA sometimes.

Speed is awesome. I do get an error while searching though: "In order to accept POST request originating from this domain, the admin must add this domain to the whitelist."
