Man, I checked the time stamps on the ticket for the RAM upgrade. The guy did it in under four minutes, from server down to server up.

I wish I could find employees like that.

SOEs game and forum servers went down this morning, and we handled the traffic spike without a blip.

Finally, everything seems to be working here.
