This is the current list of those with 20 or more user referrals.

Either Snark or Niber should turn on "20 User Referral" privileges for those who don't already have them. Every time I do that, I screw it up, so I'd appreciate if someone who knows how to do it can do it correctly.

You have 18. When someone lists you as a referral but doesn't complete the registration process themselves, it doesn't count. You have 18 that count.
