and yes, upload like a normal pic, just have to adhere to:
"Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 390.6 KB (whichever is smaller). "

.gif, .jpg., .png., .bmp will all work nicely.

It's easiest just to upload graphics to this site using the [Quick Upload] feature, then use that in your sig file.

Sometimes the pic will not display correctly (moving) due to resizing by the site if it's too big or in a weird format afaik. But I see you got it working .
