Rating threads in the Rate-a-Retard

Is this broken for everyone or am I just screwed up. I thought at first that some of the threads weren't ratable because they were moved from a different forum, but two times now LFG has indicated he rated threads (they have stars), but I do not ahve the option.

I probably am the only person able to rate those now - I'll ask Niber to enable users to rate posts in that section also, it used to be like that but somehow changed in a software update.
