I'm basically logging on to check to this site maybe twice a day, and am on for up to a half hour at most.
I get all these PMs, like:
- "Johnny is being mean to me, make him stop" or
- "Can you please give me edit rights to my recruiting thread" or
- "Why does Pinski think he has the right to act like Heinrich Himmler" or
- "More people would post here if Ishbu didn't act like Adolph Hitler" or
- "Calibyum produces more spam than the Hormel corporation"
or
- "dude, *that guy* just posted more of *those pics* again, and you said there was *a rule* against that!" or
- "he posted my pic, take it down".
You MUST do two things before sending me a PM asking me to intervene in a post:
1. You MUST link the post so I can look at with ONE CLICK.
2. You MUST read the Site Rules to determine whether what you are complaining about is really in violation of a rule or not.
When you don't link the post, it takes a minimum of THREE CLICKS to find it, and odds are much more. I just don't have the time to read through 20 page threads to determine whether the egregious situation you are alleging is true or not, and if so, in violation of a rule.
I'm very sorry, but this site was established so people would have a place to post about things here they can't post about elsewhere. Rude and unkind behavior, or people being mean to you, is generally not prohibited on this site. And as a rule of thumb, if you don't want people to come here and make fun of you for cybering a bunch of dudes in game, my suggestion is to not cyber a bunch of dudes in game.
Finally, send the PMs to Niber, he might have more time than I do right now, and is probably less inclined than me to make your situation worse, like when I flame you for whining, a totally ridiculous request, threatening to sue me, or whatever.
