I realize this is about as effective as sending a letter to Santa, but I wanted to share my opinion about the cocksucker who just charged $3000 to Air India on my credit card.
Fuck you asshole, I hope you spend many years in prison then burn in hell.
I'm not sure. But I can't help but think that if I was going to steal $3000 from someone, it damn sure wouldn't be for round trip first class tickets to India.
Skimming This occurs when the genuine data on a card’s magnetic strip is electronically copied onto another card without the cardholder’s knowledge.
“Skimming” is when fraudsters place a device (a small scanner) over the card slot on ATMs designed to capture customer card numbers and Personal Identification Numbers (PINs). These devices are often used in conjunction with a wireless camera to capture the customer’s PIN, which is used to create a counterfeit card with our customer’s information. The perpetrators will then use the card at ATMs and Point of Sale (POS) terminals for fraudulent withdrawals and purchases.
A skimming device can be fitted on an ATM or fit in the pocket of a waiter at your favorite restaurant.
Skimming is too advanced for the rednecks around here.
Most the time gas station employees will jack your number if you use your credit card at the pump. Most people don't realize your number is carbon copied to the register and these $5/hour high school dropouts just write your information down.
