Default Disable Smilies in Post Option

Please, give us this option. I do not like the smilies, I do not want to ever see them in my posts. I want to be able to disable them in any of my posts. Unless of course I'm blind and don't see this option.

The button does not exist for the basic editor.

Click on the link if it's too small.

I'll put it on my list of things to do.

As far as I can tell the smiley box on the right is bound to the option. Why vBulletin does that? I don't know but that's why you see the option in the more advanced editors.
