Can no longer change my Title

Before the move, I was able to change my title whenever, however now I can't. Was it moved from Profile Options, or was the option just screwed up for class leaders and we can't change our titles anymore?

A lot of the custom patches we had on this site (ability for class leaders to change title on demand being one) were reset in the move. Niber will tweak all this stuff back to how it was before soon.

Cant find any problem with imagehosting. Snarks problem was unrelated to the move. All addons should work with the exception of super users which hasn't worked in quite a while.

When I try to host I get this.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imagecreatefromjpeg() in /home/ixnay/public_html/includes/vbimghost_include.php on line 127
