Also, the pulldown skin selector is gone to choose what skin you want, AND I used to use the "Mark Posts as Read" link at the bottom of the main page, any chance of that coming back?

At the top of your screen, there is a button that says "QLinks" Press that and a dropdown comes down where you can mark all forums read. Within each forum, under forum tools, there is a similar one for just that forum.

I don't have time to troll through all the pages, and don't know if somebody already said something but is there any way that you could increase the font in the banner on the "Rants, Raves..." tag line for sight? IMO it is kind of small and hard to make out next to the background colors that are posted up their with the design. It looks ok the way it is, but I just wanted to ask for my own personal preference...

I'll look into increasing it's size.
