Should we only go 4 points now to keep this spell above the .5 casting time for BoE effect?

tbh ive always had maxed tempest and swarm , some say its useless with recast/notgettingmaxpotentialoutofthespell but to me fast casting means more infusion off before TB comes up again... so.. ill stick with 5 in swarm yes.

well having more than 3 in tempest is useless for me. I can barely keep my mana up enough on raids as is - I dont need more infusion ;-)

+Spell Damage rules are applied based on the base speed. Soo, unless you Killing Swarm is less than a .5s cast time before any AAs/casting haste/etc, I don't think you'll have any problems with still putting 5 points in it.

yeah I guess its the "less than or less than or equal too" question here. Havent really tested it myself yet.
