V's Voluminous Cape proc numbers

I use V'Ncenzi's Voluminous Cape most of the time (my alliance doesn't kill MIS Mayong or the black unicorn for those cloaks), and I'm just curious how often it procs for other furies. During fights, it seems to make a difference, but when I check the parse for FTH or EH or MIS, I'll see what averages to 3-4 procs per hour. Seems a bit low, since I spend 80+% of my time casting hostile spells. Anybody else have any numbers?

I am thinking the black unicorn cloak you are referring to is not the black unicorn in EH, but the fairly easy 3 person killable "equstrille the corrupted" in lfay. It is one of the better fury cloaks too.
