last step of mythical, anyone else? - Page 6

it separated the furies who could only play 1 side of our class. we're hybrids. yeah we can heal, that's how we killed the raid mobs, but i know a LOT of furies who can only really play the heal or dps part of the class & r lackluster on the other.

i know some ppl who think that every class shouldve had some big solo fight at the end to actually earn ur mythical rather than just paying for it or being in a guild that could kill the raid mobs.

it takes the "wow i kicked his ass & earned my mythical" away for furies since we were the only class who had something like this at the end. HUGE disappointment imo

The final mob was no harder than any other epic step unless your just piggybacking your guild for gear.

In fact, I'm pretty sure my guild wiped way more times learning the mobs for my epic than I did to ori.

As much as that fight sucked I do feel it was appropriate so you couldn't just be handed your mythical. Plus most of the fabled questline for fury epic could be soloed and was extremely short so I saw this as equalling that end out.

i was looking forward to trying to kick an 82 ^^ mob's ass, but yeah, he has been nerfed. i had my solo spec, as many power clickys as i could get, anti-stuns and stifles. oh well, killed druushk, got my mythical.

Read my whole post.. .this was my second mythical. I didn't piggyback anyone. I earned mine regardless of what you think.

I didn't mean you as in you personally, more like you in general.

Whats sucks is that all the people who hadnt yet finished the quest now have no chance at accomplishment. Thats been stolen from you to appease the communists.

Anyone who finishes the quest deserves a sense of accomplishment. Only the people here are the ones who will take it away.

I personally sat with my warden epic one kill away from mythical status for two months while my guild wiped on Druushk repeatedly. Then my guild folded. When I transfered servers, my new guild let me finish my warden mythical then asked if I would betray back to a fury. Now i have my fury mythical. But according to some here, not you personally, it doesn't mean as much as theirs because the final mob was adjusted.

It being the mythical...its the same.

It being the accomplishment...its not the same.

SOE fucked you out of doing something that other people did.

The final boss completed was not the one many others completed...FACT.

Your at fault for not having the chance to beat it like the others did...False.

SOE is at fault for you having less of an accomlishment...FACT

I"m just saying there's no reason to belittle people who finish it now if they just got to the VP stage. Just grats them and leave it at that.

i agree, but i will belittle people that made a huge fucking deal they couldnt kill the previous version which probably led to these events transpiring.
