Buttons or clicks? - Page 3

I too change my hotbars periodically. But I admit that I have all my heals on hotbar 1 and they have never changed since I set them up in order by recast time. I keep my left pinky on 1, left pointer on 6 and do a little stretch for 7. All the while dpsing and whatever else I need with my mouse. I keep all my dps spells in a central location with power items next to them and everything else on the far right of my screen within easy mousing distance. It's really easy when you get the hang of it, especially when you've memorized which finger needs to hit what button for which heal. I even have a little sticker on my 1 and 6 so I dont have to look at my keyboard to place my fingers.

Clicker here. I keep my fingers on the arrow keys most of the time - never know when you need to move around. Weather it be jousting or backing away from a mob that broke root.

Altho on my fury I would heal/cure with keys.

Well, I've been raiding on his assassin recently and while I'm not hitting the 7-9k he manages on every mob, I'm pwning! So apparently it makes no difference, if you understand what your shit does and how to best use it.

fury is too slow for it to matter, I use clicks over keyboard b/c that works well for me .. and b/c I aint pro enough (obviously)

For having an assassin as a main and a warden as an alt, I only use the F keys to target group members everything else is clicks, and I still have no trouble toping the parses, I couldn't imagine trying to fumble with numbers with cast speeds that fast as an assassin, shift your whole hand and manage 5 fingers, or flick of the wrist and 1 finger.

As an assassin you have to constantly be aware of your position too, how th hell can your husband keep one hand on his numbers, another near shift, alt, ctrl and manage to keep his toon behind a mob?

you can do 2 or 3 hotbars 1-5or6 with out much trouble if you take them time to work it out and it comes in handy
