Has anyone seen the changes to our VP set pieces/bonuses on test? I heard that they are all going to a 2pc, 4pc, and 6pc bonus but haven't heard if our bonuses are changing (~crosses fingers~). Installing test now but might take me a while if anyone already has this info. Thanks.

-Not much to say, other than the 6 is completely useless trash espescially in comparison to some of the other 6s.
-Up the legs to be more than +100 Spell Damage to fit into where they should be.

Depending on how much the heal bonus to Untamed Regeneration & Autumn's Kiss, the 2 & 4 should be switched.

either 4 needs to change or our legs need to change I think 4 should personaly we dont need two things to add to our group heal.. can I say waste. to be honest I wish that our 6 set made Fae Pyre proc on spell damage... that would be hawt

Legs and Chest both need something other than +heal or +spell damage to make them truly desirable, especially the chest considering it comes from Trakanon.

The 2 set bonus might be ok I guess if its enough of a bonus.

4 set bonus is lame, it's not even as good as the legs alone. more +healing is very uncreative and not needed especially to just 1 spell.

6 set bonus, yeah it's nice but for a 6 set bonus it's still weak.

Personally I think the chest and legs should possibly have 10 ability use and re-use respectively (I've only seen the Illusionist and SK sets so far and don't have much to go on) but these are values and bonuses on other sets, so it's not asking for too much imo.


But seriously do furies even need help with group healing?
Surely problems are:
Mages getting 1 shotted
Power if you don't have a chanter or would like to use items other than Mayong hat and TNT set.


Consider what items you're going to be wearing by the time you're in VP and farming for this set. I'm by no means saying that these are the best at anything, just giving examples here.

Skullcap of the Dark Master

There are other items I've missed, but you get the point: The set bonuses need to be better than or the equivalent of what you can obtain through other items.

if you are basing your raid gear quality over the fact you can now carry strongboxes you are seriously the dumbest motherfucker on the planet.

Furthermore once again I really think that theres no way it took them months to come up with this gear revamp b/c this is so utterly wtf that this looks more like a napkin scribble session at applebees.

Messages to Item blunderers, each class plays different roles, before you make that gear learn that role. Giving us healing bonuses on our group heals especially 2 times on untamed regeneration is pretty much stupid. Any competent fury is have 0 trouble group healing, well b/c we have 3 of those and thats what we do, and guess what? after people are at 100% health these types of bonuses are fucking useless.

Also you have to look at other available gear when making this crap...Jarsath Robe of Loyalty, Pants of Stormcalling, Fish Embroidered Gloves, Gwalnax Brigade Battlecaster Shoes, Symbol of the Eaten....wow better pieces for the fury even after the changes...congratufuckinglations you didnt do a damn thing.

EPIC FAIL on the 6 piece....the recast caps at 10 seconds and with our AA line + this piece all you did was ignorantly nerf gear we have accumulated for recast purposes. a raiding fury at this point in the game definatley will not get the full effect and even if they could wouldnt use anything more than 2pieces for dps and 4 for if for some re4ason a guild decided to not recruit a warden and put them into the MT group.

How many months to epically fail agian...just wow. And if for some reason there was some behind the scenes feedback thing going on maybe you need to stop taking feedback from dipshits.

Sure, it's a small thing but meh long overdue imo. Everyone was bitching there was no str on our gear on the bitch post, so excuse me if I get a little happy when they put some on it.

Best set ever? NO. We'll still have power problems. Stupid to have several bonuses affect the same spells. It's a work in progress. Big upgrade over what we've got currently? Yes.

going from a set that no one would ever use 3 pieces on b/c the 3 piece bonus was a nerf to now having a set that no one will ever use b/c 5 of the pieces have better solo/heroic counterparts is definately not an upgrade.

not to mention your a fucking idiot to think this is a "work in progress." This was a work in progress 5 months before the expansion went live, NOW this is a scramble to fix what they fucked up about 4 months after their deadline.
