Can't parse it, unfortunately, since the proc generates no emote or parse spam.

Simple test... First two trash mobs in CoD. First one I take off my 2 Manawell items and spam heal nonstop the entire fight, leaving only the Di'Zok belt as a power proc. Finish the fight at ~15% power. Re-equip the manawell items, do the same thing on the 2nd mob, finish the fight at ~80% power.

The text for procs can be inconsistent. What's important is what it actually does in game.

And since Mana Leak and Replenishing Heal were brought up, Mana Leak reads:

Increases the power of target by 320.
Decreases the power of caster by 320.

and Replenishing Heal reads:

Increases the power of target by 49 instantly and every 4 seconds.

Shelter:
Wards caster against 300 points of all damage

Runic Cover:
Wards caster against 720 points of all damage

if I'm doing what your doing, and just reading that last bit, those things are 100% useless because they ward just me.

you may be right about the manawell, but welcome to the expansion of badly worded procs items.

im sure the 2nd line "*wards caster against xxx points of all damage." is for some code scripting so the spell is able to proc on yourself or some such.

but anyway yes, manawell procs on your self, leak on target, and replenishing heal/shelter/runic cover on whoever you heal..

Well, I brought up Mana Leak and Replenishing Heal because they proc, you know, power - like Manawell - thus they are probably more indicative of how Manawell works than a ward proc.

Shelter and Runic Cover are both worded oddly because the ward is a temporary buff maintained by the Healer rather than the target, thus the confusing wording. Don't know why they did it that way, but if you check your buffs you will see an icon up for each target Shelter/Runic Heal is active on.

I agree with Ryuujin 100% on this. Ryuujin, you'll learn very soon, that it is of no use to argue with Meows. He fails at playing a Fury, and possibly even at life. Meows, learn to play the game, and quit giving Furies a bad name. And another thing. The Pond belt, plus 2 pieces of the 'Queen's Sadness' set (set jewelry from ToNT) is all the power proc you need when healing. What's great about the Queen's Sadness proc is it's off beneficial casts, not healing spells, so it can proc off cures, manastone, potions, heals, or buffs. Sure, there is some raiding involved to get that, but it's last tier raiding, so take 15 80s in there and get it for yourself.

Legendary t8 = Fabled t7 IMO. If you can't kill a level 75 mob at 80, you fail, and don't even deserve level 80 Legendary! =)
