I'm new to the forum, did a bit of searching, couldn't find a Fury gear thread (similar to the monk one here; http://www.eq2flames.com/monks/15974...ar-thread.html)


Is there one?
Would be rather handy.

over on the wardens forum, they have a pretty good thread with gear on it. just ignore the melee spec list and look at the nuke and heal lists, depending on what you want to focus on.

otherwise i agree with most of the choices, i just wont use manawell, its too unpredictable as to who is getting power in my group

Manawell procs power to the Healer, not group members (that would be Mana Leak.) It's invaluable for keeping your power up in heal heavy situations (assuming you don't have an Illusionist w/ a Mythical), particularly because the proc works like OLH where it can proc once for each group member when you cast a group heal. Multiple Manawell items will allow you to spam heal nonstop without any power problems, even without a power regen class in the group.

When target casts a healing spell this spell has a chance to cast Manawell on target of spell cast.

Manawell, Replenishing Heal and Mana Leak all proc power to the person being healed, not the caster (unless of course they are the one being healed.)

Wrong. Manawell make a VERY noticable difference in YOUR power regen if you use it in a full group.

You forgot to complete the description:

Increases power of caster by X.

The verbiage, when taken in it's full context means it has a chance to proc for every target the spell hits, much like OLH or Infusion, but all the power procs are returned to the HEALER.

But don't rely on your interpretation of the description - actually use the items in practice. I do.

hey guess what, shelter is worded exactly the same as manawell, so nice try, but i didn't notice any diffrence when i was using manawell, i only noticed a diffrence when i started using my blue shiny belt and my wrist item from freethinkers.

if your just reading the last part of the proc, doesn't mean that its actually procing on you.

Manawell procs on the caster, aka you... mana leak is target of caster or some such.
