What's the deal with the effect on the 2 piece VP set? It's supposed to add a second heal to Autumn's kiss but I only see 1. A few people in the WW fury channel said it's broken when I asked, but when I petitioned it, a GM said it's working as intended.

I have read that the 2 set bonus on Test is now a 30% base increase to Autum's Kiss.

not exactly...they couldnt fix the original effect so they changed it to something else that they could actually implement

Yeah, it's dumb how they just give up on one effect and make another, but at least it does something now, instead of nothing.
