Whats the best spec

For a fury who groups with hubby / guard and boxed chanter. I'm obiously the only healer - I love the fury - have played warden and haven't really enjoyed it - I'd LOVE to stick with Fury - Whats the best AA set up for me to do towards healing? I've been searching maybe not in the correct places but can anyone help? thanks!

As Furies, we don't have much AA that helps us with healing. More likely than not, you're going to be dependent more on what you put in your Druid Tree, than in your Fury tree.

For the Druid Tree, you'll want the Agility Line all the way to Tortoise Shell, with 8 points in Wild Regeneration (and other points wherever, they don't really matter in that line).

Then, if you're not really going to be doing damage avoid the Intelligence Line and go down the Stamina Line, all the way to Serenity. Serenity will help a lot with stuns and constant interrupts (yes, Serenity breaks stun as well). Max out crit (Serene Focus) if you need it, and the other points in that line are dependent on your play-style. The immune-to-stun proc is "target of heal spell", so whoever it procs on is the one that becomes immune to stuns (don't remember the name of it). Serene Symbol is a dispell that gets rid of most damage shields on mobs and some buffs they have (though not many).

Besides those, there's not much else in the Druid Tree. AVOID WISDOM LINE AT ALL COSTS! It's worthless and Rebirth will get you killed, a second time, more than it will help. The Strength Line down to Natural Boon can be helpful at times with it's heal proc.

As for the Fury Tree, Animal Form (bottom left end-line) is a must for pretty much any Fury. Don't put points in Hedgehog to get it, though, it doesn't heal enough to make any difference whatsoever. Pact of Nature (to the right of animal form) is nice to have, because it gives someone in your group a small heal that they can use to help out your healing or heal themselves if you can't. Max points in Emergency Healing is a good thing if you use them. They don't heal for much without those points. Oh, and the 5 points in Hibernate is also a must because it's a major tank/group saver.

Besides that, I can't offer much else, hope it helps though.

BTW, I have found rebirth very useful at times but one has to think ahead and be positioned appropriately. However, you are right that it involves a lot of unnecessary deaths anyway. I 2box with my fury and he usually has to repair before my guardian as a result of rebirth. I removed it from my spec some time ago but I do miss it now and then.

Oh, don't worry, I had it at one time as well. I thought it was the most amazing spell, lol. But then I realized, when I kept dying twice as much as anyone else.

To start off w/ the Druid tree in general -- I would suggest you max out your Heal Crit in the STA line and like Krista said, Serenity is a nice quick reacting spell to use when stunned rather than Turtoisse Shell which is more Raid Oriented and timed.

I'd also suggest maxxing out the Wild Regeneration in the AGI line -- which enhances the initial tick to your AE HOT and Direct Target HOT by 24% while reducing the duration by 2 seconds (Meh, no biggie..If it seems like an issue you can just time your two HOT's to stack while waiting on the reuse timer for one, or gather some hefty beneficial Reuse gear).

You said you had a Chanter with you right? So Mana shouldn't be too much of an issue, so I'd say toss the spare points directly towards getting your Infusion proc...a 100% proc per beneficiary (including SOW, buffs, Fae Immolation, Heals, Fireworks -- Infusion does not proc off of any beneficial procced items).

Since Fury's are so versatile and whatnot, assuming you'll also be given Time Compression and Tandem..Having Infusion really adds insult to injury if you will.

Hmm...The Fury tree..

Toss in at least 3 pts. into In-Combat HP Regen (Armor of Nature) though it's not a necessity to max it out...Just unlock the rest of that tree.

Veteran Predator is nice for the quick run spd In-Combat enhancement you receive by ranking it out on the AA lines, considering you'll be duoing-trioing, chances are you'll be max range so when you're needed to joust in real quick to toss out a small salve, Vet. Predator comes in handy. Oh...and the Safe Fall, but I'm a Dark Elf so I could give a fuck about that.

Fae Immolation enhanced reuse and casting spd is a nice way to help toss some extra melee DPS to your Tank, esp. at pull -- while proccing Infusion.

Feral ranked out will enhance the trigger % which will also be hefty for your Tank's Attack Spd. and DPS.

And like Krista said about Hedgehog, I do actually use this spell every now and again, but ranking it out for that minor HOT isn't worth it since I usually toggle right out of it within a few seconds of tossing it on (it benefits me moreso than using it on anyone else).

Animal Form can be used on you or a Mage/Priest ally -- it stifles them but it can be toggled out of/cancelled.

Oh shit, almost forgot LOL - toss all your points into Forest Spirit for an Intelligent enhancement of 30% and I'd also suggest you rank out your Emergency Heal as well.

Along with your Emergency Heal, I would rank out the reuse timer of your Death Intervention spell, Feral Courage.

Feast is actually a not-so-bad spell to use when engaged in more than one mob fights or your tank is chain pulling -- anything to add that little bit of oomph, right? (It's hostile and will not proc Infusion, the actual beneficiary proc itself does not last that long).

Hibernate ranked to forcibly trigger when someone in your group gets below 15% HP is also a plus, esp. if you're going to be duoing/trioing shit. And aside from that, Pact of Nature will be good to toss to your Tank whenever you /ninja AFK or you just feel that it's necessary he toss up a small salve on himself to help his survivability during an encounter.

Uuum, Pact of the Cheetah? Meh, go for it -- if you're ever in need of running away from shit ASAP, rank that shit out.
