Lol, there's actually quite a few posts on the official Beta forums about Furies having little utility.

I made one of my own to add to it :P.

Oh, and I know I can't disclose much, but if our AAs stay the way they are, we won't have utility, but our dps will be doubled, easy.

I typically parse 3.6-4.5k, with a pretty stacked mage group, as I am on Perma, but on Beta, I went on a raid, with nothing but fighters and scouts in my group and was averaging 6.5-7k.

That may raise an eyebrow for a few of you.

Oh, and the AA that was thought to possibly affect Infusion, does. Infusion was criting for over 2k at times, for me.

oh god the cat is at least excited about the new AAs... as Krista said, its no lie, we will be pretty much on par with where the mages are now if they stay this way. Some of the conji's in my guild are going to be very depressed having a fury out parse them by a couple thousand rather then just a few hundred.

no utility. who cares if we have more dps. utility & buffage r what keeps us in the raid. we have none, so we're not there. i honestly couldnt give a fuck bout more dps if other healers bring more to the raid than a fury & r more likely to be in it. how many furies in high end raid guilds have switched mains because they were no longer wanted or play alts in raids more than their fury rather than outright sitting? furies basically have shit for raids...& if u say we have dps...then ur missing the big picture.

sadly, i could give two shits about the utility a lot of other furys are bitching about. i just see it as the raid leaders think that bringing in another healer class gives more dps to an entire group then a fury. some cases may be true, some may not be. i dont care, i do more dps then another healer can bring forth in the guise of 'utility'

ive seen inquis do 3-4k along with the added dps they bring the group. that will overwrite any dps that a fury can do. mages r also selfish, so they want anything that will boost their own dps. ask any mage in a high end guild what healer they want in their ideal group...it wont be a fury. unless ur mages really suck ass at dps, then another type of healer benefits the raid as a whole. if a fury is outparsing them...then find new mages cause obviously they suck ass. yes we can do massive dps for a healer & ive done parses like that myself...but...if a fury is outparsing a mage in a raid consistently, then the mage needs to find a starter guild to learn how to play their class in imo.
