As i couldnt find it, thought id ask it: What exactly triggers infusion, heals or just benefical spells, what exactly???

No, I don't remember any procs ever making Infusion go off.
Infusion is triggered by using any beneficial spell, to include a heal (group heals it goes off once per group member that heal landed on, to include Hibernate), a buff (same concept as heals, typically Fae Immolation is used here), temp buff (death save, hedgehog, animal form, etc.), cure or group cure.
Call of Karana and Ball Lightning are also considered beneficial spells, and will also proc infusion, but are definitely not advised in using them for that purpose alone, lol.

heals, cures, buffs, anything that does good for player pretty much, some clickies. if u dont know what a beneficial spell is & ur a healer...then /reroll.
no u cant have a proc off of a proc so it doesnt proc when oh or overflow goes off or the blue shiny belt, or ur mayong hat, or manawell...well u get the picture...i hope.
