i DO know that theyre supposed to fix it to proc off wards again, but not sure if the fix's gone in or not. not op but at least making it sorta useful to shammys again

The changes have been long time coming and they're gonna be in at LU 51. Will make them proc off wards, regens, reactives again and not only groupheals / direct heals. They will however not proc a million of times like before in case of casting a group spell ;) I don't know what they wrote specifically since I usually check it out on ACT after patch - saying is one thing, what's actually coded is another :P

WTF??? What used to be the Assassin hate transfer now increases hate by 8%? Aeralik, are you paying attention to what you're doing at all these days? How can you change our hate transfer into an 8% hate gain reguardless of the proc?

I personally think the change to fighters is only so Assassins will actually be able to stay alive, now.

All these fixes in this recent update and they can't even fix a simple-ass fucking spell.
