That neck gets me tons of power back on raids, tough to beat. It says it procs power to the target of the heal, but it actually gives the caster power.

I Found a Really good shield from KT... Power Procing, I wear that and the necklace, and basically im never out of power. I don't always wear the shield just when I don't have the illy or troub or coerc with me =) I'll find links in a sec

These are the 2 items I use for power and I never have probelms, I lose some stats and heal crit but who cares

and since I couldn't find a link anywhere for the shield I took a pic

Pretty much i just switch out whatever shield I have in and put that in if power is a problem =) I never run out though with the necklace and Shield on. The Shield is from KT the group zone, drops off of the An Ancient Void-Touched Wampus mob on the Lift.
