Wtf the ideal level of reuse and cast reducer is? Because I'm seriously sucky with figuring that stuff out and there's SO much of it available now that I honestly think I've overdone it. Our raid setups are changing so radically every week that it's really hard to compare parses, too.

The maximum you can have without loosing to many critical % I think.
Something like the Illusionist Time Compressor effect will be fine IMHO...

Forumula = Base Value / (1 + % Value)



Couple things to note when calculating:

1) The cap for both casting and reuse speeds are half of the base value.
2) AA mods are applied before any calculations for casting speed and after calculations for reuse speed:

Casting Speed = (Base Value - AA mod) / (1 + % Value)
Reuse Speed = Base Value / (1 + % Value) - AA mod


- Look at Lightning Bolt and say for example your casting and reuse speed are both 25% with 5 points spent in Enhance: LB of the Fury AA Tree.

Casting Speed = (3 - 1) / (1 + .25) = 1.6 sec (1.5 sec cap)
Reuse Speed = 15 / (1 + .25) - 5 = 7 sec (7.5 sec cap)


I personally prefer reuse speed over casting speed but will leave that decision up to you. Hope I helped you out with what you needed.
