Has anyone else noticed that if another druid uses Wrath of Nature on a mob you get the 'would not take effect' message?

It's been working fine for me - perhaps two druids can't use it on a mob at the same time?

ive NEVER gotten that msg when using wrath & we have 2 furies in guild & raid, so no clue. could it be something else? like gear that u have that's trying to proc & another piece is blocking it?
