Questions about enhancing movement speed

Does Hierophant Movement and Enhance: Peerless Predator buff out-of-combat run speed as well? or is it only in-combat?

If so...

Do both of those stack with each other?

Do they stack with SoW?

What is the max out-of-combat run speed I could get with those?

(I am on a PvE server)

they stack, but not with sow.

Out-of-combat movement speeds will never stack (unless you have a racial one, and most racial speeds are "speed in general").

In-combat movement speeds will, however, which is why enhancing the predator buff and getting the Heirophant movement AA will make you run faster. This is also why Cheetah makes you run faster out-of-combat, because the game gives you the faster of the 2 speeds.

Someone on the PVP forums has said they have a fury that runs constantly at 100% run speed

anyone know this to be true? and how?

Predator is out-of-combat on pvp servers - so it does stack w/ sow and jboots and panic ring. PVE furies don't get that.

I want our incombat runspeed back

they should at least let the aa incombat runspeed work in pve on pvp servers
