So... Test doesn't want to let me in for no apparent reason, so does anyone want to answer this question for me:

With procs now being unable to be modified, does this make our myth's ability even worse?

It's all item procs - they all have the tag line that they cannot be modified unless by direct means. So yeah - we won't be seeing the base from our myth applying to any gear procs. It will still affect any spell procs though. And gear procs will no longer crit as well. So watch heal, power and dmg procs off gear significantly drop.
