OP: Ok well I'm in the minority here so I stand corrected. You should follow the advice of the other posters and postpone upgrading buffs until you have everything else done. Start with heals.

You started with our buffs are useless and then swiftly moved on to "you're a retard". There wasnt anything reasonable in there to change my mind, no examples of why they are useless etc. I understand that you're looking down your nose and that you think its beneath you to explain what you mean, but really, it would have been helpful.

Imo fury buffs arent completely useless, they boost agi, power, wis, int etc etc. How is that useless? Not as good relative to other healers buffs perhaps? I'd concede that point, but thats not what you said. When grouping I'm regularly asked to cast specific buffs on people, if they're as bad as you say they are then no one would ask, they'd be happy for me to drop all my buffs and just heal. The only conclusion I can reach is that they are beneficial, people do want them, and by that merit they are worth upgrading.

Before I move on, on a final note. Taiz, you need to relax a little m8. All this emo rage makes you look like a spoilt child, under all the anger and contempt I suspect you're probably quite personable.

buffs that increase stats that are already capped self buffed on ppl do nothing. feral is the only thing we have that is worth anything (especially after u max out the points in the shadow tree for it). we have VERY little in the way of hp buffs, our mit buff is teh suck in comparison to other healers & is the first thing i drop when grouped with another. druids (especially furies) have the worst buffs in the games in comparison to other healers. everybody who's been playing (especially raiders) for an extended period of time knows this. taiz just speaks truth because he is 1. been playing the class for a long time & 2. a raider.

the days of just boosting individual stats because they need them r gone. ppl r capped self-buffed, so our extra boost in stats r not needed.

My apologies to Taiz, you're right fury buffs really do suck and aren't worth upgrading. If only you were able to articulate this rather than throwing your rattle out of the pram.

Is there no comment from SOE on this, do they plan to make any changes that will help us out?

I have seen no posts by anyone SOE regarding updating our buffs.

They have however made a reference to updating our hots to "make them more effective".

As far as upgrading the group buffs...

If you feel like spending hundreds of plat on the group hp/elemental mitigation buff...go for it. But for 35ish extra hps and 150-200 extra resists to heat and cold more than the adept III...I'll wait for it to drop in price or off a mob.

I was a lucky Fury. Feral, Forest Spirit, Armor of Nature and Aspect of the Bat dropped from mobs for me and a guildie gave me Lucidity.

Now if only Autumn's Kiss would show up on the broker. I could feel like a complete Fury.

Fury buffs are useless? You obviously don't play a scout class or have no understanding about a scout if you do.

Lvl 79 Fury buff Feral comes to mind:

Single target str/agi buff + chance for a brief atk speed + DPS buff on successful melee attack.

I agree heals first, nukes then buffs but don't discount Fury buffs are useless, if they where uselss why do they get them in the first place? Think SoE left useless to Monks and Bruisers lol.

You people really need to calm down and not take things so literally. The general statement fury buffs are useless is true. Yes our only nice buff is feral, particularly with the aa's in it. Sure our mitigation buff works and our group hp buff works, but the difference between the 40 mitigation or hp between a3 or m1 is for the most part useless particularly in the sense there is much more important things to master with the new trainer ppl.

Man you're retarded... But I'll give you a break down Str/agi (utterly useless), haste/dps mod (almost useless), 10 base ca (Useful and its something you didn't even know about!) Now go ask all the other healers/utility how useful their spells are on a overall scale our buffs/utility is 1...

You must be a fucking moron, + STR (= harder hitting attacks) + DPS/Haste (=faster damage) is worth it everytime for a scout. I was only speaking about benefits to the scout class not about healers healing or how fucking stupid you are (which is a lengthy conversation to say the least).
