There is a setup wizard once you load the program. It pretty much does it for you.
There's also a lot of help on the ACT website for getting it going.
This is assuming you just want to see basic default information like how much and who you healed and damaged, and what spell did what.
If you want to set up timers etc, that's a little more complicated, but not much. Aditu's instructions are actually pretty clear.
Because of this, not sure if anyone's going to walk you through it here.
But I might be wrong.
