Haste question on stacking
Ok, just running some thoughts through head and was wondering with the haste options we have available, what stacks?
agitate... 60% haste proc
Str KOS AA 2... the 24%+ attack proc (does anyone know what the haste and damage is at level 8?)
Mistmoore cloak... 30% haste
animalform eof AA... 100% haste
Bard group haste... %?
I think i remember reading that only one equipment haste item can stack, and I think the mistmoore clock is probably the best option for a fury if we went that route. Think you can get a 2% haste adornment also. So, which ones of these can stack together? Seems pretty easy to get 200% haste if we wanted to.

At that point, might as well make sure your cheetah is up there as well and just run around like you are on crack.

Re: Haste question on stacking
LOL
We were talking about this last night - don't forget proccing str/agi acrylia rings for dps/haste.
We were in AoA x2 last night with those gajillion hp mobs - I had little healing to do, so I was alternating between animal form for autoattack during CoB calls (148% haste - knocks Pride's Edge down to a 1.6 second delay - finally, useful!) and Vortex. Vortex timer down, Animal form up...Animal Form down, Vortex up. Bonus on animal form - your power is full for vortex... vortex down, fill right back up on power. Granted there wasn't enough time to alternate much, but you get the idea.
Might come in danged handy for solo'ing.
I wonder how far you can get the delay down on Blackscale Maul - it's an 8 second delay, but top end of the damage range is 545 or so. I'll play with it for a few days - still doesn't beat the fun of playing melee, but it made the fury suddenly more interesting!
I'm not sure I'd jump down an AA line though, to do it. Except for the whole point of a respec coming along soon anyway.
If you have adornments to blow, you could swap out for the haste adornments.

Re: Haste question on stacking
On second thought - I wouldn't waste the plat on a 2% haste adornment, but this may be worthwhile if possible:
2H +20 haste [fabled] Scintillating Rapid Handgrips
At any rate, so far you have:
AnimalForm (100)/Str AA (24 proc)/Agitate (60 proc) - self
CoB - other
Adornment: neck 2%, possible 20 off weapon.
Acrylia ring: 23% proc (about)
MM cloak: 30% - always
Cloak of Flames: 25% haste
So theoretically you could sit at 45%-50% always, if cloak and weapon adornment stack, then 145%-150% with animal form and have procs or COB take you the rest of the way, without doing anything special.
Edit - oops, just found out the 2h adornment and cloak won't stack - other haste adornments will stack with items - not this one. Sorry :\

Re: Haste question on stacking
Just a clarification - in case anyone is inclined to run out and buy before reading the fine print - the agility ring only procs off combat arts, not autoattack or spells - so make sure you have some combat arts to use (I.E. str line Primordial Strike & Nature Blade, etc.).
That said, we don't have enough CA's to make it worthwhile, IMO, so um, scratch that one off the list. o0

Re: Haste question on stacking
I was under the impression that this thread was made to comment just how easy it was to cap haste...not that anyone would actually do this b/c that would be all 7 kinds if retarded.

Re: Haste question on stacking
7 kinds of retarded is selling yourself short, you should know there's at least 15 and I plan to try them all out.
One man's blatent idiocy is another man's brainstorming - and brainstorming sometimes ends up with something halfway useful. Alternating Vortex and Animal Form doing writs = less time spent on writs. Haste procs with Animal Form = more chances to hit & better regen, yes?
Assuming you find yourself in a situation where a mob has a gazillion hitpoints and your group is low on dps, meleeing and actually doing a bit of damage while regenning power makes you a bit less useless, as well, instead of standing there hitting every power clicky you have and trying to ek out just that last bit of power enough to cast an HoT or damage spell.
Or, it could all be crap - but no one's losing out by people dicking around with it.

Re: Haste question on stacking
as for doing writs how could you possibly have power issues doing writs if your gear is that bad buy a drink...
as for raiding parse yourself then take a look how much dps your doing with that kewl weapon of yours then tell me how useful it is.
you are better off staying out of combat for 20 sec then nuking again.
