Serene Symbol
How important is this AA for raids nowadays? I know there were a couple of raids in KoS that you could use this to remove damage shields, etc, but how about EoF? This is 9 wasted AA points if it's not very necessary anymore.
If it does still have a use on EoF raids can you name any of them specifically, please? I'd love to put these 9 points elsewhere if possible.

Re: Serene Symbol
it's actually more important for the mt warden than it is for a fury. mobs specifically that have a druid dispellable ds:
vamps in any raid zone (if they have a buff on them called dark caress or any sk buff, we can take that off)
MIS - blood colussus, 2 named vamps (cheroon & the other one that i cant remember off the top of my head)
EH - driads (mistress of the veil, any of the ones with the druid thorns buff), badgers, & the tender
if u dont take the ds off, then the melee r gonna get their ass kicked more & ur gonna have to heal a lot more just to keep them up
i have the dispell speced because we didnt have a warden for a while, plus the other fury & me had it coordinated that we'd both have a diff mob targetted to pretty much dispell on pull to get the ds off asap. now i left it because ppl tend to forget sometimes & im so in the practice of dispellin asap, along with the fact that ppl r used to hangin back a lil till they see my macro in raid sayin it's down

Re: Serene Symbol
It pays to have it, depending how you coordinate with other druids. As stated above, there are a few EoF mobs that do have nasty DS for the average set up. I used to have it but I respec'd down a different line, though with the new changes coming out I might bring it back since it will not require symbols.

Re: Serene Symbol
I don't have it and probably still won't have it after the update. It's useful but I prefer to dodge AE's than remove a damage shield. That's what wardens are for . It all depends on how you coordinate.

Re: Serene Symbol
definately useful still. do i have it no, but its completely situational.
the mt warden is going to be in that line neways so she has taken over that role in our raids. but still a very useful tool, but i havent used it in awhile and i think the biggest question is does anyone know after how many points putting more into it is useless? because of the dispell so many levels thing is what i mean.

You need 5 points, any less and it's useless, anymore and it's wasted points.

Re: Serene Symbol
Thanks for the feedback. In the end I went with Tortoise + Infusion because I'm a Fury not a Warden, heh.

Now 1 think i have not tested is wether or not 5 points debuffs the same as 8 points...dont really care to either thats to much work.

I only have 4 points in this and I can take off the ds without a problem. Every once and a while it resists and I have to recast. But usually I dont have a problem. Having 8 points doesnt seem to make a bit of difference as does having 5 points. At this point we arent fighting mobs above level 77 anyway.
