procs do not proc procs.

So when you hit for tigers bite you will not get any power back.

ok, I was thinking something had to be up because with 7,500 power I was taking almost the full two mins to fill my bar that would explain it. I was also agitating myself while I do this, Since normally the mages Do not need agitate. But I try not to take it off the troub if i had one.

I don't know if I'm just a noob Fury, or you made a typo or what, but what is the "essencia" you refer to? Also, to regen the mana, a weapon w/ a very slow delay, such as the Ancient Velium from DT, are very nice to use with a power proc on them. If your melee skills are not up to par, I suggest working to get them up, so you can hit the mob more. W/ the provided haste from Animal form and Agitate (if you have it in yourself) I can regen 100% mana (7,575 power pool) in 45 seconds at times w/o a velium weapon or power proc.

Yep, thanks, I found it today. Sure enough, I'm out soloing all up and down SoS trying to get that weapon... it will help a great deal I'm sure. Thanks for the input.

Its one of the rewards of the 5th quest of the SoS heroic timeline given by the guy at the front doors - Infiltrating the Sanctum: Shadow Ordinance.

With the upcoming DW changes, this might get an upgrade, depending on how they work the mechanics, and would be nice if we could attach a Phantom Handle to it (since right now we cant)

it can be adorned... and is the best animal form weapon you can find around.. theres just no debate imo..

Ahh cool, phantom handle says 1-handed, didnt know those worked on DW's.

DWs are "basically" 1Hers. Well, Wednesday they will be for sure.
