While reading through some posts here i recall people talking about infusion hitting every target within range and proccing multiple times off of group heals.

I have just betrayed to fury so maybe that has changed recently but all infusion seems to do for me is pick the closest mob and go off once regardless of whether it is a single target or group spell.

Am I missing something?

I have looked at some parses posted here and infusion seems to do more damage than anything else, where as for me its always third behind TB and Starnova.

My parses are way lower than most here but am still learning.

Infusion procs 1 time for each person that is in your group on the closest mob

so if you have 6 people in group and you hibernate it will infusions 6 times

It's never been an ae (omfg that would own), it just hits 1 target for a low amount of damage per person hit by a beneficial spell. It amounts to a lot of damage because of the number of fast casting group spells we have.

Don't worry about trying to make it #1 tho, it's usually #3 for me as well and I parse pretty darn high. I think the people it is #1 for all have Mayong's hat and possibly the Blood Crusted band, so they are able to cast the group spells more often without running out of power so fast. That's just speculation tho.

Last night it was procing for me 7 times on every group heal. Had one summoner in the group. Doesn't work off dumbfire pets tho.

(I was bored last night in labs and was trying to kill the mob with an infusion proc... harder than it sounds :/.)

does infusive wrath make other items/spells proc?

i havent been raiding with my fury much in the last few months, so i only tested this soloing....and off a couple hrs of logs i havent seen it proc any of my items

can anyone confirm this? thanks
