Power Proc Gear, and gear choices in general.

I've seen Widem esp. talking about power proc gear, in a couple different posts. This has me thinking about proc/effect gear on the whole, as in the "dps" posts dmg proc gear is so often mentioned also. I've seen on some other class forums, lists of BotB gear lists per slot and such, with some variance for playstyles etc... but that's probably better left to those Furies with far more experience with raiding than a nooblet like myself. So instead, I'll just ask, where do we find all of this power proc gear? I'd like to try the "spamming lowbie nukes" to proc power method of power gain, but of course need to get the gear to make this effective.

Based on Widem's post in the "great AA debate thread", this is what he listed, and what I'd like to build on:

the 100% power book for after rezzing: not sure what this is.
manastone: 30-ish heritage quest, pretty standard and necessary.
heart/shard: necro/conj summoned items.
stone2.0: this is the godking quest item, I'm thinking. Fyr'Urn, or something?
all 7 tiers of power roots: no clue what these are.
MO tunic: anyone have a link to this? Mutagenic Outcast, KoS contested.
mallet of the seer: Where's this drop, from what?
gafgasdfg power procing cloak: ?
honor of panty: Pantrilla, Temple of Scale (iirc?) off of TT. One of the easier raid targets in KoS, contested. Honor of Pantrilla.

checked out widem's eq2player profile and got some more info. (slix's was blocked so couldn't glean anything there)

Vilucidae's Ring of the Fear Harvest - Vilucidae, LoA (activated, not sure if this would work against epics?)
Blood Crusted Band - ?
V'Ncenzi's Voluminous Cape - (MMCastle / Sage) (cloak mentioned above)
Chitinous Leather Tunic - MO Tunic mentioned above

Oh, and of course I was referring to the "Gearing up a raider's Progresson for loot" thread when talking about the BotB gear selection stuff, but in this thread am trying to narrow it down to a specific type of proc gear, and thus not duplicate the excellent effort there.

spellbound silk pants (cruor dt)
slippers of zal'naz (matron)
scullcap of the dark master (cmayong)
hoop of planar power (avatar shared)
necklace of pain (avatar shared)

think they are all listed in the loot thread and exept the pants hard to get if u are not on in the top guild of your server

blood crusted band comse from fth

the 100% power book (if not in combat) is reward for one of the last steps of claymore timeline (where you have to colect books in hof and labs)

Here is the recipe, in order, for the power root. each tier yields a different root of power accordingly, they are all lore. To be used with the plant pet thing.
1 small bag of compost
1 small bag of compost

1 flask of enchanted water

1 large meaty bone
1 large meaty bone
1 large meaty bone

Then just check the soil.
volantian mallet of the seer: Where's this drop, from what? The princes

one item i have not seen mentioned is the Stein of Flowing Ichor which if i remember drops off of the Amoraphous Drake in DT. I havent done KoS in months so tough to remember but i think that right.

and of course dont forget clarity potions and drink for chain pulling.

also there is a status item that is lore that is a power clicky. forget the name signet of replenishment???

also unfortunately there just really arent many good rings in this game. the only one i can think off the top of my head i want is the band of braided cords with +35 spell damage that drop off of othysis in FTH. which now will be more commen that they got rid of set gear of his table.

Don't forget the tinkering manastones either - They restore a good amount of power and can be used every 10 min. If you have the patience to level up in tinkering, it's well worth it. Oh and the 2 feign deaths are very handy for lowering repair costs too.
