    Default Stat breakdown/diminishing returns

DISCLAIMER - Updated to reflect changes shown for ToV but I might have messed it up along the way.
Also for current tier red/yellow adorns are no longer in use, but some people are still using old tier gear so will leave as is for now.

    Attributes

Everyone needs stamina attribute, this gives 30 (33 for tanks) hit points for every 1 sta
Priests need wisdom, this gives 10 power for every 1 wis (think was updated but not checked) and increases damage on a diminishing curve, but the more you get the better.
Attributes are on all gear and give a indication if gear is an upgrade or not
You can get attribute white adorns
White: Head, shoulders, Forearms, Legs, Neck, Waist, Charm (Superior Astral Adornment of Wisdom is +46 wis)

    Offense

    Crit Chance (CC)
Every mob will debuff your crit chance
For current tier 600+ CC is recommended however for HM raiding you can need upto 650 CC
Crit chance is available on cloaks, charms, necks, belts, primary, secondary, 2handers, ranged and mounts
You can also get CC adorns:
White: All slots (Superior Astral Adornment of Critical Chance is 6% CC)
Purple: Head, chest, shoulders, forearms, hands, legs, feet (Rune: Critical Chance is 18% cc)
Yellow: Head, chest, shoulders, forearms, hands, legs, feet (Rune: Lesser Critical Chance II is 7% CC)
Red: Head, chest, shoulders, forearms, hands, legs, feet (Rune: Critical Chance II is 10% CC)

    Casting speed

You need at least 100% casting speed this caps out your spells at 50% of the original, however if you go over 100% you get a small return on spell double attack.
    100: 0.00%
    200: 7.5%
    400: 15%
    600: 22.5%
    800: 30%
    1100: 37.5%
Casting speed is available on most items and can be reforged if needed.
You can also get casting speed adorns:
White: Forearms, legs, wrist, cloak, charm (Superior Astral Adornment of Swift Casting is 6%)
Purple: Shoulders, Forearms, Hands (Rune: Casting Speed is 14%)
Yellow: Shoulders, Forearms (Rune: Lesser Casting Speed II is 5.5%)
Red: Shoulders, Forearms (Rune: Casting Speed II is 8%)

    Reuse speed
You need 100% reuse speed. Ability reuse and spell reuse stack on spells only so if you have 80% ability reuse and 20% spell reuse your spells will be capped but any combats arts, etc won't be
Reuse speed can also be found on most items and can be reforged. Just a slight change spell reuse is still on older items however any item from ToV plus will only have ability reuse.
    You can get reuse adorns:
White: Secondary, feed, ranged, waist, charm (Superior Astral Adornment of Recovery is 1.8% ability reuse)
Purple: Shoulders Forearms (Rune: Reuse Speed is 9%)
Yellow: Shoulders, Forearms (Rune: Lesser Reuse Speed II is 3.5% ability reuse or Rune: Lesser Efficiency II is 1.5 ability reuse and 1.5 recovery)
Red: Shoulders, Forearms (Rune: Reuse Speed II is 5% ability reuse or Rune Efficiency II is 2% ability reuse and 2% recovery)

    Recovery speed

This caps out at 100% and will reduce your recovery to 0.25 seconds, bards typically spec for recovery speed however this won't cap recovery on its own.
Recovery speed is now available on most jewellery items and on some belts and cloaks.
    Recovery speed adorns:
Purple: Shoulders, Forearms (Rune: Recovery Speed is 9%)
Yellow: Shoulders, Forearms (Rune: Lesser Efficiency II is 1.5 ability reuse and 1.5 recovery)
Red: Shoulders, Forearms (Rune Efficiency II is 2% ability reuse and 2% recovery)

    Ability modifier
Increases the base damage/heal of a spell/ca/heal by 50% of the minimum damage
To work out how much you need you use
Ability mod = base spell damage/2
so if you had a spell that hit for 50K
    Ability mod = 50/2
    Ability mod = 25

Remember to work this out prior to gear/aa etc
    Ability modifier apply AFTER potency

To work out your base damage you can do 2 things:
    1. Remove all gear and aa's and look at the spells damage
    2. Base spell damage = current damage - current ability - Disclaimer this only works IF you aren't already overcap you can check if you are overcap by Current damage/3, if your ability mod is above the number you are over the cap already.

Ability modifier is available on most gear and can be reforged
Ability modifier is available as a white adorn only
White: Chest, Shoulders, Finger, Ear, Charm (Superior Astral Adornment of Heightened Power is +68 ability modifier)

    Skills

This refers to focus, disruption, ministration, ordination and subjugation. Skill cap = 6.5 * level so for lvl 95 this would be 617.5

Crushing, slashing piercing and ranged are tested against the targets defense and parry, the player need 100 more skill than the mobs defense to get the maximum accuracy

    Damage Curve
Also both the spell and weapons stats can add damage on the following numbers
    +100: 2%
    +200: 4%
    +300: 6%
    +400: 8%
    +500: 10%
    +600: 12%
    +700: 14%
    +800: 16%
    +900: 18%
    +1000: 20%
    +2500: 30%
    +5000: 40%

As well as the skill cap shown above you can increase your skill level using white adorns
White: Chest, hands, feet, neck, wrist (Superior Astral Adorn of Magical Skill is +32 casting skills or Superior Astral Adorn of Weaponry is +32 melee skills)

    Auto-attack

    Haste/attack speed

Haste has a cap of 200 however if you go over it converts to flurry:
    200 - 0%
    300 - 6.8%
    500 - 13.4%
    700 - 19.6%
    900 - 25.6%
    1200 - 31.4%

In the past haste has only been avaliable on gloves and a few odd pieces of jewellery and is still seen on gloves however the stat attack speed (which is the same) is found on most items and can be reforged
Haste is also avaliable a white adorn
White: Shoulders, Feet, Waist, Cloak, Charm (Superior Astral Adornment of Haste is 6% attack speed/haste)

    DPS

DPS mod has a soft cap of 200 after which it has a diminishing return, dps has changed slightly and uses the curve that ma used to use to increase the damage modifier
    100 - 2x
    200 - 3x
    300 - 4x
    400 - 5x
    500 - 6x
    600 - 7x
    1000 - 8x
    1600 - 9x
    2300 - 10x

DPS modifier is found on most pieces and is reforgable
    DPS modifier adorns:
White: Chest, Neck, Waist (Superior Adornment of Damaging is 9.2 DPS modifier)
Purple: Head, chest, shoulders, forearms, hands, legs, feet (Rune: Damage per second is 25 DPS)
Yellow: Head, Chest, Shoulders, Forearms, Hands, Legs, Feet (Rune: Damage per second II is 10% DPS)
Red: Head, chest, shoulders, forearms, hands, legs, feet (Rune: Damage per second II is 11% DPS)

    Multi-attack (MA)

This would have been double attack in RoK but it can now hit for more than 2 times. MA has a soft cap of 120 (for 1 extra swing most people go with 200 for 1.25) and gives diminishing returns after
    120: 1.02
    130: 1.07
    140: 1.11
    150: 1.15
    160: 1.18
    170: 1.21
    180: 1.23
    190: 1.24
    200: 1.25
    300: 1.25
    500: 1.35
    700: 1.55
    800: 1.65
    1200: 1.75

Multi-attack is avaliable on most gear and is reforgable
    Multi-attack is available as adorns
White: Forearms, Legs, Ranged, Cloak, Charm (Superior Astral Adornment of Extra Attacks is 6% MA)

    AE Auto-attack

AE auto-attack allows you to attack upto 4 additional targets in front of you and caps at 100%
AE auto-attack is sometimes on gear however it is rare but it can be reforged, there are now belts and cloaks specific to a
    AE auto-attack adorns:
Purple: Shoulders, Forearms, Legs (Rune: AE Auto Attack is 15% AE autoattack)
Yellow: Shoulders, Forearms, Legs (Rune: Lesser Sweeping Swings II is 6% AE autoattack)
Red: Shoulders, Forearms, Legs (Rune: Sweeping Swings II is 9% AE autoattack)

With all the changes to the stats imho (please feel free to disagree) the stats I would suggest for a fury is:
    600-650 CC
100 min casting speed (get it as high as you can without losing other stats)
    100 Reuse
60 Recovery (bard should top up from there)
24K ability mod, based on calculations this should cap out most furies but do the math and make sure!
    200 haste
    120-200 ma
    600 DPS

For a weapon I'm going to suggest using a good wand with a high damage rating rather than going melee, there are a couple of reasons for this:
    1. Range is safer and you will be with the mages to stop them going splat!
    2. No timing auto-attacks
    3. Wands do decent damage so no reason not to use them anymore.

Recommended for any class, not just Fury. Only place I have seen a complete breakdown of all stats.

Pretty sure AE auto, at least for us furies, hits a maximum of 4 additional targets. Dropped 8 dummies in front of me, took a swing with autoattack, and only hit four additional targets per ae auto proc. (Tested like 10 times with pretty close to capped ae auto).

    Focus
Focus can allow movement on casting at the follow stats
Isn't this inaccurate? Thought they removed movement while casting a long time ago.

No. They added in back in when they made all the stat conversions.

Then why can't I move while casting with 600 focus?

I just want to point out that thread will be almost completely out of date as of 12/11, I will try to update it but spare time is a rare commodity!
