ACT issues

For the past couple of days i have not been able to parse anything. Its all showing active logs but nothing is parsing. I have boxes checked off to parse. How can I get it to parse?

I suggest you check to make sure the log input language(General Options tab) is set to English or whatever would be appropriate for your server and also check the Selective Parsing tab to see if ACT it set to ignore combat actions by most people.

I have checked them and they are right but it still doesnt parse. i even done a clean install to see if it was a bug or something but thats not the case.
