Which, imo, it is fair game for everybody.
it has a dmg proc .. but the casting speed boost makes it fair game for healers.. and i would actually rather have that robe for my defiler than my wizard or necro IF im MT healer.

There is no damage proc on the Robe of Al'Kabor.

WTF are you talking about selectively? are you down syndrome?

how do you place bards and healers in the same group ?

Just have to point out real quick that Dirges have a life transfer HoT and battle rez the fallen so in a sense they would be in the same catagory as a healer.

casting speed reduction is awsome for a defiler and all the debuffs will proc it often and yes the raid will benefit from it.

Because... they're all in your guild you stupid fucktard. So how can you say "well, you healers only heal. Thats all you do. Fuck you for trying to dps" and then turn around and say "ok bards, you can bid on any dmg item you want, the best weapons, the best procs, because you're a scout so that makes you a-ok!"

That's called selectively enforcing rules. DKP means you earn points, and you spend it as YOU see fit, not as your neighbor thinks you should.
