Seriously dumb question, Who's to say one scout can benefit from a dps increase more than another, if it's a "dps increase" then that scout who gets that increase will benefit from it. Not to mention it's a very nice one hander for any dirge who wants to go down the stamina line, which btw is the most fun IMO.

well said man bards are dps.. on the other hand if a fury takes a proc item from a mage then we have a problem lol .. i left two guilds coz noob healers kept taking dps procs from casters.. so sad

You get what you deserve. If you're going to limit support classes to 2nd string loot you're going to be running without support classes.
