Hrmmm. New format, same cut and paste answers? I tend to be very leary of SOE's general customer service. The front line CS has always been very rugged. I really detest when you submit a petition, get a copy and paste answer and then a closed ticket.
I will give credit tho where its due. I recently had a huge in game issue (which i am not going to divulge) that was personal between people that I am associated with. We were able to elevate the concern up over general CS and get resolution. Again, I can't be detailed, but I will say that the "higher levels" were fantastic with us, very fair and understanding. Really went out of their way to help us resolve the situationo.
Hopefully a new system will bring a new attitude, and some major changes to the customer service we usually recieve. Im pessimistic, but time may prove me wrong.
