Morara, if you are not blocking any outbound traffic on your computer, I'd suggest you are a moron who doesn't realize just how many programs try to phone home. Or maybe your just another sheep who doesn't care about privacy. Either way, why do you bother with a firewall?

Seriously though: How do you watch em? Packet sniffer? Because then it's kind of too late.
Also some applications start doing funny things after an update, e.g. Winamp with its "anonymous" usage statistics...
