FUCKING POS SOE SERVERS
Help My Account is Shagged !! Operation timed out and more !

* I can't log in to the EQ2 forums at all on my main account

* I managed to log into the eq2 forums once to make a post in the tech thread, and havent been able to log in since

* I can't log into eq2 US servers at all, even from ANOTHER PC it's saying timed out

* I can log into the eq2 EURO servers

WHAT THE FUCK is going on with my account ? its been 8 hours

Whats evern worse is if someone replies to my thread in the eq2 forums, i cant even fucking reply back

whats the number for SOE if im calling from Australia ?

No comments on the thread you linked yet.. as a quick guess do you use norton internet security, or some derivative of?

If you are running a firewall go into the options and make sure it is set to always allow connections to the internet from eq2.exe and the like (dont just turn it off), always a good place to start.

No im not using anything like that, except windows firewall and ive turned it off

I'ts not on my end i've tried logging in to my main account from 2 different PC's on both vista and XP and get a timeout error on both

it's a problem on their end with my account

its fucking stupid, how am i supposed to file a support ticket if i cant fucking log in with my account

Im blaming LoN flagging for beta as being the culprit, that and me changing my password 50 times during the day to try get in.

Ill put a link on that thread you started to this one, the technichal guys are pretty reasonable, im sure they will look this way (being as you cant post at soe).

You could try live chat, but I think live chat and Phone support are only Monday-Friday. Their phone # is +1-858-537-0898. I don't think they have any other #s.

No idea if they answer emails on the weekends. But that is an option too.

Have you tried bypassing the patcher and just clicking the game icon in your SOE directory?

I've had to do this in the past when my patcher was F!d up. Before the game gets to char select I think it will prompt you for username/password. Probably won't work, but worth a try.

I've gotten the CAS error before for no apparent reason. Could be similar.

Hope you get your stuff fixed soon.

I was having this exact kind of problem lately with not being able to log in even though every other website loaded fine, it was harrassing me for days and it was specific to SOE/Station shit. On a whim I removed all the plugs from the cable modem and router for half an hour for a full reboot. After restarting everything, the logins were working fine again. Bizarre.

EDIT: Ok maybe there was a slight variation. The patcher logged in and ran fine but once the 3D engine got up and running I got the no-login-server runaround.
