nah, they'll be adding unfinished zones, nerfing and un-nerfing encounters, adjusting loot tables, fixing the stupid changes they're bound to make and didn't work out in beta, and putting in "chapters" of the epic weapon quest across the span of those 12 months. there'll be plenty of new things to do... no problem.

Good change imo. With actual rewards for guild lvl this huge flaw in the guild status mechanic needed fixed. Multiple guild were able to use this flaw to obtain guild lvl 60 in a day last expansion and im sure guild lvl 80 woulda been reached with out a problem if this mechanic was not fixed. If soe did anything wrong its not putting this change in the notes to give you a warning to dump them now.

There is no such thing as a stealth nerf on a test server. Because it is TEST....

Now had this gone live without any notice or testing then i can see a stealth nerf. But to think SOE will make a change on TEST and then hoping it goes live and NEVER noticed, just means you are retarded for even thinking it was SOE's intention to slide this one past the community. There are alot of these so called stealth nerfs and stealth buffs on TEST. None of them are done to hide anything. The game developers sometimes push things to test before the community managers know what is on the new test patch. Thus the community managers may not know what a developer pushed ahead onto test.

Do not be retarded put your tin foil hat away and buckle in your drool cup. No one at SOE believes they can sneak changes into live without anyone ever noticing.

BTW 3 MONTHS is plenty of notice IMHO for this change. I Do not know what you exppect more then that. 3 months is a very long time in game terms.

Its bad enough SOE has nerfed the game so its not even a challenge anymore but this is bullshit.
I seriously hope they change the items so that they all give the guild the same amount of xp no matter what tier they are.

Why not just put the guilds on the same fucking diminishing returns curve they put every other godam thing in the game. I think if they just raise the amount of xp it takes guilds over 60 to hit next level would fix the problem. There is no reason to penalize the lower lvl guilds for being a lower lvl. Thats a pretty fucked up way to make the game more challenging for sure.

You made a fun game SOE, and I enjoyed being with you over the past few years. I stuck around to see if you were actually going to fix some of the shit you have been fucking up.... guess that was another part of the fantasy world.

I don't have an issue with this change. The amount of status earned from the low tier status items is so minuscule that they're not worth farming to hand in anyways. Personally, I can think of many other things I would do with my time and money in game then farm/purchase low tier status items.
