I am interested less in Moorgard leaving SOE than I am in wondering if he plans on continuing to play EQ2 with any regularity.

You want to hear my theory? Well Im gonna tell you anyway. This is in no way fact but just my personal opinion of what happened.
Blackgard and Moorguard have been the "face" of EQ2 for a long time and gotten a lot of the bitching and ranting from players toward them. I think SOE finally decided to fire both of them but instead of just firing them they allowed them to resign. This would look better for SOE, Blackgard, and Moorguard as no one ever wants to be fired and SOE probably doesnt want to have to explain why they fired them.
Again just my opinion.

If it were true that Uberguilds.org site owners were allowed to post on the FoH forum, surely I'd be allowed to post there also, since I own the Amend domain:
