Incorrect. Since the arena uses PvE rules, Assassins would end you in oh, about 3 seconds. Again, if we are talking PvP then I tend to agree with you... but bullshit PvE arena? Not a chance.

On a side note, I love how everyone says they would beat Faabio IF they weren't chicken shit and were on a PvP server. Please, get a fucking clue before you open your mouths.

1. I dont like arena either. Like I said the only arena I EVER liked is WoW's. Their arena is more of a Mech Wars type thing where you capture the enemies flag.

2. They already have world-wide PvP its called Venekor and all the rest of those pvp servers. If what you mean is server wide PvP...I'd quit. That's why we have separate servers for those that want to do it.

3. If others want the ARENA to be world wide, I dont see why not. I dont have to do it and I wouldnt, but I wouldnt vote not to have it. Why would I? It's not hurting me or decreasing my enjoyment of the game to have WW arenas. Its a instanced environment. If I dont want to go to Hidden Cache, I dont go IN to Hidden Cache.

You play on a PvE server, they only thing you have to go by is the /duel rules or arena, which means any decent assassin would own you.

Regardless, I'd trash you before you could get any of your two "I win" buttons off.

id be cool with opening the arena game wide or the option to enter a game arena only if they do the following..

1. take out the heal and mana potions
2. fix the combat to match the way pvp is and should be
for example: when you stealth in arena you cant be seen at all if your oponent has no totems up
a in pvp you can see stealthed players close range with no totems.
3. allow you to open bags and other windows inside the arean.. no reason you shouldnt be able to, just dumb to have to hotkey every little thing or you have to zone out again to get it..

fix those things and it would be awesome.. cuz as of right now the arena is gay... pretty much no way to kill well geared fighters and healers... they can just run for heal mana potions the whole time since their class they can heal up or take minimal dmg and just run through.. its kinda dumb.. and to have to try and avoid them is kinda hard sometimes..

fix the arena and it would be awesome because nagafen would show you how much we own your faces.

also they should put in some cool terrain.... like something that might actually exist like a part out of nek forest or ferrott or something cool

as for the gamewide idea ya i would love it if that would happen. i've mean i 've said it a couple of times before even way back when DoF first came out. It's kinda sad that the devs put it in there and then nothing else. Hell make some kinda of event or something out of it instead of seeing some damn dude appear in EFP saying lets have a drinking contest yay! it's getting really old and dumb. Also people who hate the arena usually go in when it just plane sucks. The arena can be fun as hell. I remember When lots of us from Disso used to go in there, sure xelus would mez um but then axkiva would come running around the corner and sniper shot um followed by ishbu sending in his freaking army of pets. There can be so much strategy to that place if people just give it a shot. As far as how the rules go i'm not sure if PvP server rules would be better in there or not. It would take a bit for us PvE players to get used to but i'm sure it could work. I just wish more of you punks would go in so i can kill ya! Well... assist in the killing at least
