Your raid leader needs to research his classes more. A fury in the MT group for Urchin is just stupid. Cap mitigation is not that hard to hit, not to mention how awesome furies are for dps groups. Furies have an Int/Wis group buff, another Int+Power buff, and a single target Str/Agi buff with dps/haste proc among other things.

Basically your Warden, if you have one, should always be in the MT group ESPECIALLY against orange encounters. I can *not* stress this enough. Wardens have a single target buff that is +65 to crush/slash/pierce/ranged, this buff is invaluable to help the MT hit the mob and sustain dps. Furies should basically always be in dps groups with scouts (poison using scouts) and mages. If you don't need 3 healers in the MT group then it's best to use a templar/defiler combo or if you need even more hate then dirge + coercor then you are going to want to use the same templar/defiler combo and add in a swash or an assassin instead of the warden.
