It should be like this:

Summons all Gnomes on Norrath to your Spot, Stuns them for 15 secs, nukes them all for 110% of their hp, automatically recasts 5 secs after they revive.
if winged gnome (fae) also removes between 100 % and 100 % of the characters Coin and equip and places it in your inventory.


as a sidenote: Gnomes are like Fingerfood, just smaller.
