I honestly hope this isn't a trend because putting procs on items that you have no clue what the hell they do seems like a stupid thing to me.

Edit: It seems this encounter isn't hard if you can field the clerics/healers to do it, I know Aftermath theoretically had at least 7 clerics to choose from to use.
