As i was reading thru the posts that i have missed over the long weekend, it would appear to me that the roster on a top flight guild is no longer a tight under 30 deal... It sounds like it needs to be flexible, can the flex be handled by alts of the 24?? I would say yes.
Given if you ask any raider out there how many 70s they have other then their main you will normally hear at least 1, if that is the case then not only would a guild be recruiting a main toon but what they have in their stable on backup.
You see it all the time xyz player has abcd lvl 70 toons looking for raiding guild will raid any of them PST yada yada...
Perhaps some of the tight roster guilds are going to need to shift their thoughts on that or be passed by the guilds that are quicker to adapt to the coming changes... Case in point... NPU & AM are now it would seem already being accused of running fat rosters to clear content.. sadly for the folks doing the accusing they are not killing that content, while the two guilds that are killing it are enjoying themselves, changes are a comming folks who is gonna adapt and who is gonna get pissy and run away? Tune in when ROK comes out!!!! LOL

Congratulations AM on adapting to what the game has become and doing what is needed to get the job done...

I vote nerfing your cane is a bad idea.

And there is a difference between having a fat roster and having alts that can be played.

I doubt they will touch a cane when 3 total might make it into the game before no one ever gets it again with the going live of ROK. However I do think its gay that its a healer/mage item when the growth staff and flames rod already exist and scouts have to fight over a 1h with all the fighters who have 2-2hrs, a badass bp, etc. I mean fuck brawlers got more love than scouts with avatar uniques, but hopefully that changes with ROK and the addition of new loot and 3 more avatars.

But regardless, grats AM and NPU. Dannin I'll still commit to you regardless of what all these people say about you.

ahh ur just big boned??

I personally think that guilds that run a few more and have capable alts are going to be in a better posistion/ability to field the ideal force and those guilds will get more and more firsts before the "carebear hug" as someone put it.. Sadly the guilds that fail to adapt to these changes are just gonna well, fade away simple evolutionary principles really...

and that cane very cool congratz on the neat loot!!!!!

I agree 100%, we should totally recruit people to kill one mob and then say fuck them for the other mobs. /sarcasm off.

Encounters should not be put into the game that are so drastically different/require a completely different raid than any other mob in the game when we are under 2 months away from a new expansion and the last thing we want to do is recruit just to kill one mob and change our force from what has been working since February.

OMG we didn't change our fucking guild, we used some alts to fill in spots, are you saying top end guilds don't have alts? use alts for the encounter then go back to your mains for everything else ftw!!
