My grp was swash, dirge, mystic, coercer, warden. I got the skill buff from warden. Removed treyloth and malkonis. I died a couple times cuz I am an aggro whore so it woulda been higher but you get the gist.

Edit: I don't use miracles and I don't have vamp mastery cuz I'm lazy.
