I'm surprised you would try to defend this, even though all the evidence points to you locking the sorcerers to a non-raided 5th group to completely remove them / the AE stifle from the encounter. This was a widely known exploit, and I am sure more than one guild would have
tried to use this to their advantage, so you are probably not alone.
